Booking the food truck is simple, and the day itself is smoother than most clients expect.
Step 1. We arrive and set up. Our team confirms venue access, positions the truck and woodfire oven, and sets up the service station.
Step 2. Oven on, service ready. The fire is built and the oven brought up to temperature before service begins.
Step 3. Pizzas cooked on-site. Every pizza is stretched, topped and cooked in front of your guests.
Step 4. Food served in waves. Pizzas come out in steady rounds, which keeps guests fed consistently without long waits.
Step 5. Add-ons served. Piccolo items, Salumi Bar and dessert bars are timed to match your run sheet.
Step 6. Pack-down and clean exit. We pack down neatly, tidy the area, and leave the venue clean and organised.
