Combined with traditional Italian technique and hand-stretched dough, this is the foundation of every pizza we serve.

Pizza Rossa. Tomato base classics and crowd favourites. The traditional Italian pies most people picture when they think of woodfire pizza.
Pizza Bianca. White base options with richer flavours. A point of difference for guests who want something beyond the usual tomato and mozzarella build.
